Romantic Classics features Liszt’s Piano Concerto No 2, one of the most beautiful and stunning concertos of all time, full of emotion virtuosity and passion plus Rimsky-Korsakov’s dazzling and colourful orchestral suite Scheherazade. Our soloist Jocelyn Freeman is developing a career notable in its integrity and versatility; comfortable performing as song accompanist with Bryn Terfel, Katherine Jenkins, Alfie Boe and as concerto soloist, recitalist, and instrumental duo partner. She has been hailed as ‘One to watch’ by International Piano Magazine and has recently released her debut CD ‘Night and Novelties’. Her engaging performances are characterised by colourful, intimate imagination and technical authority.

Accompanied children under 16 can claim a free CD “Night and Novelties” which includes the celebrated Moonlight Sonata performed by our soloist Jocelyn Freeman by texting the answer to “who wrote the moonlight sonata” to 07754 555779 with the child’s name.
